The Cambridge Primary Review has published both interim and final reports. The main series of 31 interim reports, which includes the 28 commissioned research surveys, the report on the community soundings and a two-volume report on the primary curriculum, served a formative function, seeking to provoke further debate which then fed back into the CPR's data.
The Cambridge Primary Review final report draws on the various strands of evidence outlined above to address the listed themes and questions. It combines findings, analysis, reflection and conclusions, together with recommendations for policy and practice. A companion volume contains the commissioned surveys of published research, updated in light of subsequent research and policy. Taken together, it is hoped that this material will both provoke immediate responses from stakeholders and provide a significant practical and reflective resource for the longer term.
